It's very late but I had a surge of inspiration and had to get playing with my stash!
I'm trying to organise an appreciation event and wanted to create some decorations and samples.
I stumbled across the idea of bunting, which I usually make with fabric and ribbon after dusting off my sewing machine!
Using the petals cone die, hostess papers and co ordinating cardstock and inks I set to work.
I hope you like the end result, I will be making more!

Simply adorned bracelet
I had this simply adorned necklace and a crown charm left over from some Christmas presents I made my neices.
After seeing some fab bracelets some other demonstrators had made I decided to make my own.
I added my own clasp from one I bought in Israel, a hamsa! All the charms have sentimental value of some kind, the locket was given to me by my upliner along with the pink bead I adapted to make it into a charm. The scrabble tile belonged to my nan, we used to play all the time.
I can't wait to find more bits to put on it.

Favour Box
Good morning everyone.
On this damp and dreary day I find that my favourite pastime kills those winter blues.
I set out to prep for a workshop I have this evening and wanted to make something with the Petal Cone Die. Being a fan of using things in a different way I stumbled on a noodle box made with it. With only a few alterations my box was made. I chose a very simple design for this one but I have many more elaborate ones up my sleeve to toy with.

Sale-A-Bration Bracelet
I found a wooden bracelet in a local charity shop and it was shouting at me so I gave in and bought it, well it was only 50p!
I am in love with the Sale-A-Bration papers and I have one particular favourite.
I covered each piece of the bracelet in segments of the paper, covered with Crystal Effects and left to dry. I re strung the bracelet, as the old elastic was looking rather brittle, and this is what I ended up with!
I will definitely be visiting that shop again, looking for more jewellery I can alter using my Sale-A-Bration papers before they discontinue them at the end of March.
